| Northwest Auto always provides courteous and professional service! I am usually able to schedule appointments for routine maintenance within a few days. They complete the work in the time that they quote it to take. They offer coupons for savings. They always call to explain any services that may need to be addressed while they have my vehicle prior to doing the work. Northwest Auto is a trusted business that I have used for years and will continue to use in the future. It is reassuring to know that they are always available for my vehicle needs! |

| Needed to leave town immediately due to a family emergency. Dropped in on them without any notice about 30 minutes before closing time and they took me in and took care of the issue. That?s how you create and maintain customer loyalty. And they?ve been that way since I?ve known them. Absolutely fantastic and I wouldn?t think of going anywhere else.
